Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer a general refund policy. Please carefully check the product details before purchasing. However, stock products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
Applicable only to orders within Bangladesh.
Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers must arrange delivery of the returned item to our office/warehouse.
After inspection, eligible exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
