Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer a general refund policy. Please carefully check the product details before purchasing. However, stock products may be returned or exchanged within 3 days of delivery subject to the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Applicable only to orders within Bangladesh.
- Customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Customers must arrange delivery of the returned item to our office/warehouse.
- After inspection, eligible exchanges or refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
